SAMBA Mission Statement

SAMBA promotes responsible off-road bicycling in the Sacramento urban area.  SAMBA accomplishes this by advocating for trail access in suitable areas where off-road access is currently forbidden, by participating in public processes to designate and locate off-road bicycling trails, and by organizing volunteer efforts to build, maintain and patrol off-road cycling trails.  SAMBA also assists other groups in volunteer efforts which enhance the environment and safety of areas in which off-road cycling is allowed.
